Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. This could be your first step on your journey to self-discovery and change. In these times of constant change, everyone needs a little time and space to reflect upon where they are and where they want to be along life's journey. This is one of the purposes of counselling and psychotherapy. I work with individuals, couples and children in the Keighley area of West Yorkshire, helping them to manage their personal, family and work lives. People see me for all kinds of reasons, and most people say that they feel more relaxed and better able to cope with life’s ‘up and downs’ following their sessions with me. A trained Psychotherapist / Counsellor, I work with people who might need short term strategies to help them think and behave differently in order to manage issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, anger etc. I also see individuals requiring a more in-depth understanding of long term issues in their lives. Due to current concerns around the coronavirus outbreak, I am offering Online and Telephone counselling sessions only. The price and length of sessions remain the same as those quoted. |
